This policy applies to products sold through the A2SET Shop, including AI Stock Images, AI Stock Videos, LoRA Assets, AI Agents, and other Digital Products.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold through the Shop are digital products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. License Grant

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product within the permitted scope.

3. Permitted Use

Subject to the product-specific description, the buyer may use the product for internal creative work, content production, presentations, marketing materials, digital publishing, or other lawful uses permitted by the product page.

4. Prohibited Use

Unless expressly allowed, buyers may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the original file or a substantially similar extract;
  
  

• upload the product as a stock asset, template pack, prompt pack, training asset, or marketplace listing for third-party access;
  
  

• make the product available in a way that allows extraction as a standalone asset;
  
  

• use the product for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or harmful purposes.

5. LoRA Assets and AI Agents

LoRA Assets, AI Agents, automated workflows, and related digital configurations may be subject to additional restrictions based on product description, technical compatibility, or license scope. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the product page before purchase.

6. Third-Party Rights and Legal Review

Even where a product is AI-generated, the buyer remains responsible for reviewing whether additional legal or rights clearance may be necessary for the intended use, especially in high-risk or large-scale commercial use cases.

7. Refund Policy

1. Because Digital Products are intangible and may be downloaded, copied, or accessed immediately after payment, refunds, withdrawals, or cancellations may be restricted once supply begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
   
   

2. Refunds may be limited or unavailable where:

   • download has started;

   • access credentials or license rights have been issued;

   • use has begun;

   • the product cannot reasonably be revoked or recovered.
     
     

3. However, the Company may review and approve refunds or appropriate remedies where:

   • the product was never delivered;

   • the file is materially defective or corrupted;

   • the delivered product materially differs from the product description;

   • a refund is otherwise required by law.
     
     

4. Refund requests must be submitted to [Email] with the order details and a clear explanation of the request.

8. Support

The Company may provide limited support relating to delivery issues, file access, and basic product-related questions within a reasonable scope. The Company does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party software environment unless expressly stated.
